In General
· Access to and use of this Web site and the services available at this Web site are subject to the following terms and conditions as set forth in this notice. By accessing, using or subscribing your business to the Web site or downloading materials from the Web site, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth below without any modification. Please, review them carefully. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use this Web site.
Business Listings
· The Internet Trade Search holds no responsibility to the accuracy of any free or paid listings.
· For Economy, Premium or Web Linking Listings, companies are entering into a paid agreement with The Internet Trade Search, where The Internet Trade Search will display that business which will be accessible by the general public. Paid Listings will be valid for a set 12 month term on a subscription basis.
· Paid Listings will be displayed on The Internet Trade Search until either the customer requests either verbally or in writing to have their listing removed. Or if contact details go out of date payment is not received then the paid Listing will be removed.
· Paid Listings will be on a renewal basis for a 12 month term (from the listing date).
· All Listings are Regional. Add a Region to a Listing can be requested at any time, with a one off payment of £10. This will not affect the renewal cost. Add your listing nationally for a one off payment of £250 follow by £25 renewal every 12 month term thereafter. National listings will end if payment is not received for original regional listing.
· By agreeing to a paid Listing, the customer must understand that The Internet Trade Search will make contact to confirm address and email details from time to time. This contact may be automated, requiring the customer to confirm or update details via the email address we have for the Paid listing. If a listing details cannot be confirmed in a 6 month period, then that listing may be removed from our database. A new listing will require a new payment.
· A free Listing is only valid for as long as theinternettradesearch.co.uk remains online.
· A paid listing can be cancelled at any time by notifying by email to matthew@theinternettradesearch.co.uk or by Telephone to 07974228468 confirming cancellation. No monies will be owed.
· For Economy, Premium or Web Linking listings, companies are entering into a 12 month paid agreement with The Internet Trade Search, where The Internet Trade Search will display that business on its own database, which will be accessible by the general public.
· For Economy, Premium and Web Linking listings, at the end of the agreement period, businesses will need to re-subscribe to keep their business listed in the same format, and keep access to functionality provided for the paid listings.
· For paid listings, this will be agreed at the point of sale and once the initial invoice has been paid in full the listing will be published, no further invoices or monies will be owed for another 12 month term unless changes are made to listing, charge for updates to listing to be agreed between The Internet Trade Search and customer. Failure to pay will result in changes not being submitted to original listing. Listings will stay as of the last change.
· Payment terms for 12 month Economy, Premium and Web Linking Listings are 14 days. If after an invoice is sent, followed by a final phone call, no payment is forthcoming, then the paid listing will be removed by The Internet Trade Search. A re-submission of listing will require a new payment.
· The Internet Trade Search will ensure paid Listings are more eye catching than free listings, and will give access to any extra functionality that is available. Premium listings will be placed above Economy listings which will be above the Free listings. Web Linking listings will be placed on the specified business category under ‘Advertisements’ and will also be given a free listing.
· The Internet Trade Search cannot guarantee that the same extra functionality will be available to all and content may vary.
· The Internet Trade search will ensure National Listings will be displayed throughout the UK for its chosen category.
· If for any reason a business no longer wishes to subscribe to The Internet Trade Search Database, no part or full refund of any subscription fees will be given, except with management discretion.
· The Internet Trade Search reserves the right to remove any business, either Free, Economy, Premium or Web Linking Listing from the database at any time. Examples include business no longer trading, complaints regarding obscene or illegal business practices. No part or full refund of any subscription fees will be given, except with management discretion.
Regional Portals
· Premium and National Listings may have access to functionality within the portals only where available, and no guarantees are provided as to which parts of the country are covered by a local portal.
· Some of the functionality available on the paid listings may need users to turn off ‘ActiveX controls’ or allow blocked content. This will allow java script application to function.
Electronic Information Submitted to this Web site
· Any communication or material other than your personal information submitted to this Web site by electronic mail is the exclusive property of The Internet Trade Search and is considered to be non-confidential and non-proprietary. Such communication may include without limitation questions, comments, suggestions and ideas. The Internet Trade Search shall be free to use them for any purpose whatsoever without restriction or compensation.
· The Internet Trade Search assumes no responsibility for, or is otherwise legally responsible for remarks posted upon this Web site by third parties, even if those remarks are defamatory. The Internet Trade Search allows third parties to post their opinions on this site, but asks third parties to follow guidelines such as not leaving negative or abusive comments. The Internet trade Search will take all reasonable measures to ensure only appropriate opinions are published by means of human or automated intervention, but will not partially edit or censor opinions. (3) The listing does not relate to a valid commercial transaction
and is not the type of posting for which the Web site is intended, namely the referral
of UK venues and service providers.
(4) The listing contains personal identifying
information about another user of this Web site.
(5) The listing was posted by a
user who submitted false contact information during the registration process and
The Internet Trade Search is unable to contact the author.
(6) If The Internet Trade
Search is made aware of a user using a false company name or taking an identity of
a company.
(7) multiple copies of the same posting.
